You'll take an unforgettable, professionally guided, panoramic city tour of London including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, London Bridge and more!
You'll visit St. James's Park where you'll see Buckingham Palace, the principal residence and workplace for the monarchy of the United Kingdom. George III bought Buckingham House in 1761 for his wife Queen Charlotte to use as a comfortable family home. Queen Victoria was the first sovereign to take up residence in July 1837, just three weeks after her accession. During your visit you'll see the traditional Changing of the Guard Ceremony which happens daily from April through July and several times per week during other months. If you arrive on a day when the change does not take place then you will just see the palace.
You'll visit Trafalgar Square in the heart of London. It is one of the city’s most vibrant open spaces.

You'll arrive at your accommodation and store your luggage. If your rooms are ready, you'll check in.

You'll visit the Tower of London, one of the world's most famous fortresses. The Tower of London has been a royal palace, a prison, an armory and even a zoo and it is home to Her Majesty's Crown Jewels. The Tower of London has a vast history that includes the executions of two of Henry the VIII's wives, Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard, and Sir Walter Raleigh was a prisoner in the Bloody Tower for a time. The ravens that inhabit the White Tower are a special interest since it was foretold that if they were ever to leave, the great Tower of London would crumble and tragedy would befall England.
You'll visit the Tower Bridge and cross the Thames River. Constructed in 1894, Tower Bridge is a suspension bridge and a world heritage site measuring 801 feet long and 264 feet high which provides a roadway across the Thames for over 40,000 people both on foot and wheels.
You'll stop to grab lunch at the vibrant Borough Market. You'll have time to peruse the fresh produce and unique culinary offerings from British traditional foods to international treats.
You'll take a tour of the iconic Globe Theatre. The original theater was built in 1599 and burned down in 1613 during a performance of Henry VIII. The theatre was rebuilt a few years later, but closed again, seemingly for good, in 1642. Tenements were built on the location of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. In the late 20th century the Globe was resurrected a few hundred yards from where the original structure once stood. The modernized Elizabethan open air theatre that you'll tour will transport you back in time with the engaging and informative look at the life of William Shakespeare, the London where he lived, and the theatre for which he wrote.
You'll get a bird's eye view of London when you take a ride on the London Eye! It's a breathtaking feat of design and engineering where passengers in this monstrous 443 foot tall Ferris wheel can see up to 25 miles in all directions.

You'll have some free time to explore the area around Piccadilly Circus. This vibrant area is bustling with activity and shopping!

You'll visit London's World Famous Covent Garden, a destination brimming with history, high end shops, fabulous restaurants and the arts. London's Royal Opera House forms one corner of the piazza and the location was once one of London's biggest slums.
You'll visit the British Museum. Located in London, the British Museum is dedicated to human history and culture. Its permanent collection, numbering some 8 million works, is among the largest and most comprehensive in existence and originates from all continents, illustrating and documenting the story of human culture from its beginnings to the present.
You'll have dinner at a local restaurant.
You'll see a show at the West End show in London's theatre district.
You'll have breakfast.
You'll check out of your hotel room, board your bus and begin the drive to France.
The White Cliffs of Dover are perhaps most famous as an iconic landmark, the white chalk face a symbol of home and war time defense, but they have so much more to offer; stunning views, a serene walk, a wealth of wildlife, an abundance of history and, most importantly, two tea rooms offering delicious treats.
Honfleur, a charming coastal town in Normandy, France, captivates tourists with its picturesque harbor adorned by colorful 17th-century buildings and anchored by the iconic Sainte-Catherine Church. Renowned for its art galleries, cobbled streets, and maritime allure, Honfleur offers a delightful blend of historic charm and scenic beauty for visitors to explore.

You'll visit the Museum of Embarkment for an in depth look at the DDay invasion set in one of the artificial harbors used.
You'll visit one of the landing sites of the Normandy invasion, Omaha Beach.
The Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial in France was established by the U.S. First Army on June 8, 1944 as the first American cemetery on European soil in World War II. It contains the graves of 9,386 of our military dead, most of whom lost their lives in the D-Day landings and ensuing operations.

You’ll depart for the drive to the mystical Mont St. Michel. The island is linked to the mainland by a one kilometer causeway and during high tide it seemingly floats in the water. You’ll enter the walled city have some time to walk up through the narrow medieval winding streets and around the 15th century village.
You'll visit the Norman Benedictine Abbey in Mont Saint Michel off the coast of Normandy. The imposing structure was first built in 708 by St. Aubert, Bishop of Avranches. This medieval structure has been a fortress, an abbey, a monastery and a prison in it's over 1000 years in existence. It is recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site since 1979.

You'll check out of your hotel room, board your bus and drive to Paris.
Frequently described as ‘the world’s most beautiful avenue’, the Avenue des Champs-Élysées is a Paris must-see! Like the Eiffel Tower, the avenue is a symbol of Paris stretching two kilometeres between the Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe lined with restaurants, luxury boutiques flagship stores and night clubs.
You'll visit the Arc de Triomphe, inaugurated in 1836 by French king, Louis-Philippe, who dedicated it to the armies of the Revolution and the Empire. The Unknown Soldier was buried at the base of the arch in 1921. The flame of remembrance is rekindled every day at 18:30.
You'll visit the charming and historic neighborhood of Montmartre. Well known for it's artist inhabitants, authentic Parisian atmosphere and spectacular views from atop the highest hill in Paris, the neighborhood is filled with narrow streets to explore. You'll have time to discover the small shops, cafe's and galleries of the area.
You'll visit the iconic church built at the highest point of the city in Montmartre, the Sacre Coeur.
You'll have dinner at a local restaurant.
You'll arrive at your accommodation and store your luggage. If your rooms are ready, you'll check in.

You'll visit the Palais Garnier, setting for the world famous book and musical Phantom of the Opera. In addition to it's place in popular culture, the building's opulence is unparalleled as it is a one of a kind expensive, ornate and architectural jewel of a building whose art rivals the performances it was built to house.
You'll see the Notre Dame Cathedral, one of the most famous landmarks in Paris. Located on the small island of Ile de la Cite in the middle of the Seine, the cathedral is a stunning example of French Gothic Architecture and is probably most famous for the use of flying buttresses which are the exterior arch supports. The Cathedral can only be seen from outside as it is still being repaired after damage caused by a terrible fire in April, 2019. It is slated to reopen in 2024.
You will enjoy a visit to the Marais Neighborhood. The Marais district gets its name from its location: once a marshland (‘marais’), it has been inhabited ever since it was drained back in the 12th century. This historic area is now one of the most visited districts of the French capital, for its architectural heritage as well as its unique vibe. The district is shaped like a triangle, bordered respectively by Place de la Bastille, Place de la République and the Hôtel de Ville. It has a number of private mansions dating to the 17th and 18th centuries, some of which have been converted into internationally renowned museums such as the Musée Picasso, the Maison de Victor Hugo and the Musée Carnavalet. The beautiful and well-proportioned square known as Place des Vosges is a highlight of a stroll through the Marais. Rue des Rosiers, the Jewish quarter of Paris, is well worth exploring for its old-world atmosphere and its offbeat shops and restaurants. The Marais has any number of trendy shops and restaurants, as well as its own department store, the BHV Marais.
You'll enjoy a narrated river cruise on the Seine where you'll take in many of the highlights of the city—the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, the Musée d’Orsay, Notre Dame, etc.—as you float along the famous Seine River!

You'll visit the Eiffel Tower. This iron lattice structure located on the Champ de Mars needs no introduction as it is the quintessential symbol of Paris. Take in the beauty and majesty from the tallest and most famous structure in Paris.

You will embark on a guided walking tour through Lucerne and uncover the city's rich history and captivating charm. Beginning at the iconic Chapel Bridge, you will journey through the cobbled streets of Old Town, and marvel at the poignant Lion Monument. Explore Kornmarkt Square and the Jesuit Church, immersing yourself in Lucerne's musical and architectural heritage. The tour concludes with a scenic stroll along the Lake Lucerne Promenade, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Led by a knowledgeable guide, this immersive experience ensures a deeper understanding of Lucerne's cultural tapestry and natural beauty.

Embark on a captivating walking tour through the enchanting town of Interlaken, where natural beauty and Alpine charm converge. Commence your journey along the scenic Höheweg Promenade, adorned with vibrant flower gardens and sculptures, offering splendid views of the Aare River. As you amble alongside the crystal-clear waters of the Aare, you'll find yourself in Unterseen, the picturesque old town with its narrow streets, traditional Swiss houses, and the distinctive Church of St. Mary's.
Take your seat in the funicular and let it take you up Interlaken’s local mountain. If Interlaken had a king, he would reside on the Harder Kulm. From the viewing platform at 1,322 metres above sea level he would graciously look down upon Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, or admire the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. In fact, the Harder Kulm Panorama Restaurant is reminiscent of a castle. In order to visit it, however, you don't need to be a king – you will take a seat in the cable car and ascend Interlaken's own mountain.
You will visit Grindelwald, an Alpine village reminiscent of a taking a journey into a storybook. Nestled in the Bernese Oberland, Grindelwald is a haven of enchanting landscapes, surrounded by towering peaks, including the iconic Eiger. As you arrive, the crisp mountain air and the charm of traditional Swiss chalets greet you. Wander through the village's cobbled streets, lined with quaint shops offering Swiss chocolates and intricate woodcraft. The majestic backdrop of snow-capped mountains beckons exploration, with opportunities for hiking and seeing panoramic views.

During your drive, you'll stop for lunch in Parma, Italy.
Seeing the traditional processing techniques of Parmigiano Reggiano is an experience that fascinates people of all ages. Owners of the dairies which produce Parmigiano Reggiano are looking forward to meeting you and showing you the master cheese-makers at work on the traditional craft of turning milk into Parmigiano Reggiano, a unique way of seeing the culture of the region and discovering how one of the most important local products is born.

You’ll take a guided walking tour of Florence and learn about this fantastic Renaissance city. You'll see the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore with its impressive pink, green and white marble facade and dome by Brunelleschi. You'll learn about the bronze doors of the Baptistry which represent an early use of perspective. You'll continue on to Piazza della Signoria, the seat of Florentine power both past and present and admire the statues under the Loggia del Lanzi in the square. You'll walk towards the Ponte Vecchio taking the same route as the Vasari corridor which was built to take the Medici family from their the municipality in Palazzo Vecchio to their to their home in Palazzo Pitti without ever touching the ground. You'll see the jewelry and goldsmith shops that replaced the butcher shops on the covered bridge in the 16th century. You'll end outside of Santa Croce, the final resting place of Michelangelo, Machiavelli and Galileo Galilei.
You'll visit Accademia Museum, home of Michelangelo's famous sculpture, David, a marble statue representing the biblical hero, David. Originally, the statue was on display in the Piazza della Signora before it was moved to it's current location at the Accademia Museum in 1873. A replica of David stands in the Piazza della Signora marking the place the original sculpture held so long ago.
You'll visit the Duomo, the Florentine cathedral known for it's distinctive Renaissance dome.This magnificent gothic structure built in the 1300’s includes art work by Giotto and engineering by Brunelleschi.
You'll visit Basilica di Santa Croce which houses extraordinary works of art as well as the tombs of some of Italy's most elite citizens such as Michelangelo, Galileo and Machiavelli.

You'll visit Boboli Gardens, one of the largest and most elegant Italian style gardens. Located behind Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens offers a welcome respite for travelers looking to escape from urban life.
You'll visit Ponte Vecchio, the oldest bridge in Florence. The bridge was built during medieval times. Ponte Vecchio's current appearance dates back to 1345 when it was rebuilt after a flood. The bridge contains many houses originally used as butchers and tanners but the amount of refuse produced by these shops caused Duke Ferdinand I to replace them with goldsmiths in 1593. Many of the shops are now jewelry stores and souvenir shops.
You'll visit Piazza della Signoria, Florence's main square and was the original location for Michelangelo's David which has been replaced by a replica in the exact location that the original David stood. The Piazza gets it's name from the Palazzo della Signoria also known as Palazzo Vecchio or Old Palace which is the city's town hall.
